I'm writing to share my praise for this outstanding WiFi service.  hotZona runs circles around its competition!  I often hang out at a hotZona site like the News Cafe when I'm in between client visits in the Scottsdale area.  If I can't get to a hotZona site, I usually wind up at a certain nationwide coffee specialty chain.  They have a great product and great service, but their wireless provider doesn't fit their corporate values or image at all: high rates, frequent disconnects, a reconnect charge every time you get booted off, second rate tech support, billing problems, and so on.  Then, there's hotZona, setting the standard by which I measure all other providers. Simple, straight-forward, ethical billing; Outstanding performance and reliability; Sales, billing, and tech support that puts everyone else to shame!  Now, if I could just have access to hotZona at the airport... Thanks!

Talk about service, Fowler Brown of hotZona went totally out of his way to enable me to go wireless!  When I was unable to connect at one of his sites, Fowler drove over personally and made some adjustments to my computer that were keeping me from connecting.  Try that with some of the big providers, I doubt you will even get someone on the telephone.

hotZona's high-speed wireless internet service is truly the most reliable and affordable service I've used. On my first visit to the News Cafe at Kierland, I was literally amazed by how easy it was to get up and running on the HotZona service. All I had to do was turn on my laptop, open a web browser, and I was instantly connected to the service without having to modify any of my computer's settings. It was truly a transparent and intuitive experience.

I do have one bit of advice to pass along: all hotspot providers are NOT equal. I tried out a few non-HotZona hotspots around town, and did not get the same ease of connection, reliability, or convenient pricing plans that I did with HotZona. I therefore remain a loyal and satisfied HotZona customer.
